This is a quote which has been a guiding light in my work. Without question, questions are key to communication, managing conflict, understanding relationships, actively listening….and so much more.
Whatever the situation, to have questions in one’s repertoire enables us to have time to think, to pause, to listen and to respond pro-actively and creatively. And it’s not just about when we are in the company of others; it is just as relevant to apply it to our own individual ‘self’ as well.
